Benefits of Membership While within the federation of Council of Women, each affiliate retains its autonomy, strength lies in members working together to have greater influence over advocacy and legislative change. Hence, Council provides a platform for members' concerns to be heard, discussed and presented to a wide audience - local, national or international.
